I love overnight oats! I don’t always feel like eating a lot in the morning, and I don’t want to eat something too savory or too sweet right after I wake up, so this is a great way for me to eat something quick that’s still healthy and fibrous. You can add whatever you’d like to this! #breakfast

This was a fun #snack that we enjoyed for days! The video I followed recommends greasing your hands so it's easier to handle the potato while you're forming the "mochi," but I found that I was actually fine without greasing my hands because the potatoes weren't sticky #recipetesting #cooking
