Started being a lot more adamant on finishing my 50oz water bottle every day and its been doing WONDERS for my mental health.

Usually I'd only get around halfway through before forgetting but oddly enough adding more stickers to it keeps helping me remember x3

-a few days prior and being shaken up from it all, but it was soothing to me. Nowadays I never watch that stream or anything, but at times I'll be laying in bed, just in silence nothing playing, and the songs that would loop on that stream will play in my mind, and it's oddly relaxing...
