Today, I also hold space for gratitude, for my 95-year-old grandmother, a living testament to strength and wisdom.

Today, my heart is heavy, but it is also full. To everyone navigating loss, longing, and love on this Mother’s Day, I see you. You are not alone.🧡
I ache for the moments of motherhood that have yet to come, questioning when or if I’ll ever bring a baby home to make every day feel like Mother’s Day.

Today, I also hold space for gratitude, for my Mother, still by my side, helping me navigate the emotional pain of infertility.
Today, Mother’s Day, is a bittersweet reminder of what was and what could have been.
As a mother who had to say goodbye to a baby I carried, I grieve the life that was too brief. As a woman with secondary infertility, I ache for the moments of motherhood that have yet to come.
Mental health struggles are rising. Layoffs are increasing, and unemployment claims are at a 3-month high. Aviation incidents have added to the fear and anxiety. As we step into this new season, let’s show care and love to those who matter most.
Healthcare facilities are overwhelmed with flu, RSV, COVID, and a recent measles outbreak. Emergency Rooms are reaching capacity.
As we Spring Forward today, I want to remind you: Don’t hide your talents. The world needs your light. The first quarter of 2025 has been tough and sensitive. Be mindful of your words and actions, words can create wounds.
My prayer is to meet my husband in just one. #9YearsFlying #FlightAttendantLife #Grateful
Although I don’t fly as often, I still get excited to put on my uniform, pack my rollerboard, and step onto a plane, ready to meet my crew and welcome passengers on board. Contrary to the myths, assumptions, and movie stereotype, I don’t have a man in every area code.
Being a Flight Attendant has given me the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally, and the ability to complete nursing school without having to leave this career behind.
Over the years, aviation has seen its challenges—the grounding of the Boeing 737 Max, the COVID-19 pandemic, and now, these recent tragic events. Despite it all, being a Flight Attendant has given me the flexibility to create a schedule that works for me.
Today February 5, 2025, marks my 9th anniversary as a Flight Attendant, and I can’t believe how quickly time has flown by. Along the way, I’ve met incredible people and experienced moments that have shaped my journey in ways I never expected.
I love that the Grammys Awards are using commercial time to spotlight local businesses in California affected by the fires, this is the kind of impact that matters.
Doechii made history as the third woman to win Best Rap Album, and her emotional, profound speech was felt by every flower blooming in Tampa and all over. She spoke from the heart, and it resonated deeply.
The 67th Grammy Awards started with Trevor Noah speaking the truth we’ve all been feeling these first 33 days of 2025.
On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I am reminded of his powerful words: “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”
Today, I reaffirm my commitment to speak up for women’s health, for myself, and for all who feel unseen in this battle.
The next four years feel significant, as time is not a luxury for women with limited reproductive years. The current policies and decisions about women’s health weigh heavily, and I can only hope for changes that prioritize and protect us.
I’m deeply concerned about the future of women’s health and reproductive rights. As a woman battling secondary infertility, the heartbreak of a second-trimester loss, and multiple IVF cycles. I can’t help but reflect on the state of women’s health and reproductive rights.
Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day! I work in an industry that operates around the clock. It was an intentional day off for me, I requested the day off, the day after the Presidential Election results. I wanted to avoid the news and everything happening in Washington, D.C.
I did not want to relive the emotions of the 2024 Presidential Election. Instead, I turned off the TV and focused on self-care. A friend invited me out for lunch to help take my mind off things, and I’m grateful for the distraction. Sometimes, protecting your peace means stepping away.
If you’re under 35 and considering freezing your eggs, don’t wait. Protect your options for the future, because fertility is one area where waiting may cost you more than you realize.
You may hear about celebrities having babies after 45, but what you don’t know is if those babies came from eggs they froze at a younger age or donor eggs. It doesn’t matter how much money you have. IVF is not a guarantee that you’ll have a baby with your own eggs.
Ladies, don’t let society tell you that you have plenty of time to have a baby. The reality is, time is not on our side when it comes YOUR fertility.
Many women delay motherhood for education, careers, or financial reasons, but while you’re waiting for everything to fall into place, the window to conceive using your own eggs starts closing.
As we age, the quality of our eggs declines, making it harder to conceive, carry, and give birth to a healthy baby.
Happy Holidays! All I want for Christmas is a baby. I am full of hope and determination, waiting to hold my rainbow baby in my arms.
