I got a grasp on it btw, i figured out hownto calm myself down and so i'll be fine :]
I think i'm experiencing anxiety attacks, and I don't know how to describe it besides it feeling like there's 2 belts tied tightly around my torso that are slowly tightening until I do something to relieve the anxiety.
Only issue, I have no idea where this anxiety is coming from.
