Very polite of course to mention photo credits. In the EU it's not allowed to use pictures without written permission by the maker, though.

Heerlijk! Hele vruchten in kleinere stukken snijden, inclusief klokhuis vanwege pectine. 40 minuten koken met 50% van het gewicht aan suiker erbij. Beetje vanillepoeder. Eventueel purere. Kokend heet in potten. Zeker half jaar houdbaar. Unieke smaak.

I have a sunny garden and dry soil. Japanese anemones struggle here. Some survive nevertheless, in odd and inconvenient places. I cherish them.

Mijn ervaring: in kleine stukken, schil en klokhuis en al (vanwege pectine), koken min. 40 minuten met 50% rietsuiker, aan einde vanille erbij. Heerlijke stevige gelei. Lekker bij kaas of in de yoghurt.
