I really look down on neurodivergent people who hyperfix on one topic and have stagnated/dogshit taste in media and I try my best to branch out whenever i can to engage my brain and not become like that but I always end up returning to brax …. Even though I have new ideas

But if I don’t talk to someone about the hyperfix I‘m at the risk of spiraling again (it’s mostly thanks to oomf that I’ve recovered a lot from my ptsd in the past years) but also it’s so.. I feel really sorry sometimes for oomf that I’m still on the same conversation topic the past like. 5 years
