Even though it's rough around the edges and combat is a nightmare early on, I have very much enjoyed Bloodlines 2. But it also made me crave the kind of vampire game we still haven't gotten.

Another one from the weekend. I turned my anger about no colorful default controllers for the Switch 2 into a list of other things from the old(er) days of gaming that need to make a comeback.

Games have gotten a lot better over the years, but not every trend needs to be left in the past. These 5 things need a comeback ASAP.

Bloodlines 2 review is here! I had a lot of fun flying over rooftops and tossing Anarchs off them, but this game feels very much like something from 20 years ago. I wanted a bit more from it, but at the same time, I did keep going back for more.

While I loved the story and had fun playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, it often played like a game from another time.

It took me 14 hours to catch my first Eevee in Legends: Z-A. Then I forgot about the fairy-type move thing and evolved it into a Sylveon by mistake. But THEN I got another one and got my fave, Umbreon.

With both embargos up, I can now say I've spent the last week or so pivoting between Pokemon Legends: Z-A and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 and what a vibe shift.

Been a fun time for the Pokemon fan and the former Twilight girlie in me, though.
