I'm at the @billingtoncyber.bsky.social summit in DC and most Pentagon speakers have changed from Department of Defense to Department of War (DoW) on the program. One speaker even said "DoD" in his intro before reverting to "Department of War" -- audible chuckles in the audience at every mention.
