Mooie lijst, maar weinig dames. Linda is de enige.

Her understated delivery makes it sound much more sad and defeated.

There is a great collection of barely released recordings by the great NJ garage band the Myddle Class in the Aronowitz archive.

It’s beyond me why this LP is not even a secret handshake among cognoscenti. A great unclassifiable freakout record.

I’m listening to the rebroadcast of this amazing 2-hour interview with Terry Reid by WMBR’s Bob Dubrow. Terry seems the most gregarious and fun-loving cat you could meet. This not-to-missed interview will be up for streaming for two weeks.

Verdomme, dat wist ik nog niet. Sjef kwam ook om de week met zijn bus naar Doornroosje. Ik heb veel mooie dingen ontdekt door Sjef’s enthousiasme voor al dat mooi is.

Good to see that you are a fan of the perpetually overlooked Janet Feder as well.

Wish I could be there.

Not sure if this was the first time that Fred Frith and Janet Feder ever collaborated, but here they are together at the King Center (Auraria Campus in Denver) on February 22, 2004...

It’s probably the other way around. The B-52’s have expressed that they were listening to the early Yoko Ono records. John and Yoko also have said in interviews that they felt that the Ono records were ahead of time and that they heard similarities in the new wave music of the late-70s.

Well, it leaves room for yet another, even bigger and better boxed set down the pike.
