Looking up curved cement stairs from Chicago’s Riverwalk. I’ve walked here many times over the years. At the top is a cement pedestal rail/fence in front of a large bridge tower with windows. Not a cloud in the sky. The Riverwalk was one of my favorite places to walk, even in Chicago’s blustery winters. B&W
