Most aren’t empowered to say that. I think having conversations about how a coach spends their time with admin would help coaches feel empowered to say that when situations arise

I find that when I work with coaches they spend their time on "other duties as assigned" which include holding a class, running errands, and serving as the admin. when the admin. is out
We have to help coaches learn to protect the time they have
