If you’ve never been to Chicago you should know this city is WILD. We hear the weirdest noises at the weirdest times.
30 mins ago we heard a very loud bang. No clue what it was or where it came from. 5 mins later we hear pops and rumbles as someone starts shooting fireworks @ 9 AM! 🤣 🤦🏽♂️

My wife and I are so in sync that earlier this morning as the DJ in my head was blasting Dua lipa’s “don’t start now” as the chorus was playing my wife literally came up behind me (in her own ADHD existence) and goes “whoop woop” at the exact moment I heard it in my head in the song. Wtf?!? 😳😂🥰🫢🔥

Celebrating myself for getting my body moving again. When you work from home and find yourself chained to zoom calls it can be easy to become sedentary; especially for those of us who are neurodivergent, enjoy isolation, and or deal with depression.
