(Sigh) Here we go: The main reason some enrollees actual incomes differ from what they reported is because ACA subsidies are based largely on what you EXPECT to earn the FOLLOWING year, and ~half of exchange enrollees are self-employed, which usually means a highly variable income. 1/
DR OZ: 20 percent of the people who are Affordable Care Act exchanges are inappropriately on that program
