Here's an idea. Why don't you take the money that you were planning on spending on what will surely be the ugliest, most unwanted, gold-encrusted "Jeff & Donny's Grand Distraction Playhouse" and rebuild what you illegally tore down? Now there's a plan that the property owners (us) can get behind.
