Between the marathon training and the squats etc I expecting my legs to be fine after last nights beginners rugby training. 90 minutes sliding around on mud and I’m aching in entirely new sets of muscles in my hips and groin. Definitely going again, far too much fun not to

My local LGBTQ rugby club have a taster session tonight, so I’m going to drag myself out to run around a playing in the cold and drizzle tonight. In theory it should be fun
