They're tiny buttons that link to others websites!! They were popular on the early internet but ppl are still using them... I like them cuz they make the internet outside of social media feel more connected and homey

yea!! and krita has a filter called "random pick" that just kinda scatters the pixels. I just use that + the blur filter... I'm sure there is a simpler way to do it but this is my duct tape solution teehee

It's kinda messy and convoluted, but I only had to make the "template" once, and now I can just reuse this setup! I could've made some sort of external shader in unity or blender pretty easily but it's a lot more convenient and tweakable when it's all in Krita

ooh yay I get to explain this : 3
I use Krita's filter layers to take some lineart input, apply some noise to it, and crunch the alpha values down. But to get different noise samples on different frames, the entire group is animated moving up, and the lineart moves down to cancel out that movement

Though, Gifs are annoying to post on Bluesky, so I just post the static versions here. But you can view the animated versions on my website's art page!!!

I think my LEAST favorite weather has to be "cold and extremely windy"... doesn't have the cozy vibes of snow or rain it's just scary and freezing. like calm down girl
