Its crazy to me that retrumplicans constantly live outside the law and flagrantly break the rules, while democrats (and decent folk throughout the country) attempt to mount a fight while living within them. It won't work of course and until they realize it, America will remain lost.

Working on it. I fear it's still a couple months in the making. I need to be strong enough to hold a 420lb bike, bit it coming. Better every day. I am fairly goal oriented and have a pretty strong motivational need to get back on the bike. It will happen!

I walked 3km (2 miles) in 40 minutes non-stop, without a cane or supports. Now, could I go further, yes. Could I go faster. Not yet. Speed equals less stability, risking knee valgus (bendy hard inward conducive to ickiness). But half way through week 13 post injury, there is ongoing improvement. 😁

Yup downtown is a fun walkaround, Gastown, there is a free shuttle up to the Capalano suspension bridge and raised forest trestle walk and also up to the grouse mountain gondola

Then you should for sure. But you'll have some time in Vancouver, time for coffee. I know a spot close to cruise ship terminal. Maybe we can put in a Java before you sail.

Come to Vancouver easier to go mountain biking in Whistler blackcomb, or the grouse grind/gondola up grouse mountain, Shannon falls and gondola up the chief (small version of el capitan) in squamish, whale watching in the salish sea, sturgeon fishing (catch and release) on the Fraser river...
