I presume chatGPT's training data contains a lot of quackery as exists on the Internet, however in general the medical advice it provides is pretty accurate save for the occasional hallucinating, is that a result of good supervised learning?

Hospital at the sharp end of a covid influx as bad as, if not worse than spring 2020 and winter 2021, having just had the busiest (non covid related) May/June I can remember. But this time no lockdown = no end in sight. Utterly demoralising.
