Our new registered report by @kaylahannon.bsky.social compared 6 subtyping approaches for depression. Although most had good stability and sensitivity, there was no agreement between resulting patient groupings. Is it time to rethink our approach to depression heterogeneity? doi.org/10.1016/j.bp...

Happy to see this paper out in @gigascience.bsky.social. We performed disease classification based on neuroimaging features in 17 different diagnostic categories using the UK Biobank. Hopefully this will be a useful benchmark for future work. academic.oup.com/gigascience/...
