Cubes of tofu, extra firm rolled in cornstarch and spices of choice, sauteed in olive oil until crunchy on every side. You have to keep turning them to be sure all six side get brown.

*Brocolini sauteed with garlic, a bit of chili crunch and oil. *Chicken, spatchcocked then roasted with Japanese BBQ sauce the last 10 minutes after akin is crispy. Behind it kale, cabbage and romaine salad. *Turkey, kale and cannaloni bean soup. Soup base was frozen turkey stock from the Thanksgiving turkey carcass. *Still on meal prep plan, venison chili, might have to wait till tomorrow.
