yup, this makes sense to me that my visual intelligence is so low, i cannot remember faces at all so I've had many awkward encounters thinking I'm meeting someone for the first time and they tell me we've met several times before

A) Go in, microwave my food, and make small talk while I wait
B) Sit at my desk trying to listen out for them leaving while my tummy rumbles with hunger
C) Eat cold pasta with cold ragu and make myself sick /j

as much as i hate to admit, turns out getting up early and going into the office makes for a more productive day.
