#RhubarbPieDay Rhubarb is a delicious but, somewhat bitter, stalk that makes a delicious pie - as well as cake or jam. It takes a fair amount of sugar (or Splenda) to balance the bitterness. Be careful to never eat the leaf as they are toxic. 😋😋😋
