Riders can now catch an R211 in all five boroughs! Today, we debuted the modernized train cars on the B line, marking the first time they've run in the Bronx.

R211 trains feature wider doors, security cameras, additional accessible seating, digital displays, brighter lighting and signage, and more.

You know those moments in the train where a person is hunched over you, grabbing the pole, and trying to read the map and figure out where the train is going? This will make it quicker to read and a bit less awkward.

Also respect for retaining the og maps as "historical maps"
