I am very pleased to welcome @madrinapdx and @mercaditopdx to the neighborhood! I went to El Mercadito for their lovely breakfast burrito at lunch and Traci and I went to Madrina for dinner. Fantastic food, excellent service, great drinks and altogether a great addition to the neighborhood! Visit!

It appears the city is cutting down the iconic tree at SW 11th and Market that has the ginormous trunk - right now! I will miss that tree, and I hope it's being removed for good reason.
