At no time does any R&D project has "two years of funds". On October 1st, they get the current years of funds (unless the government is shutdown), usually doled out in increments, and they have a few months of funds from the previous year.

No "current year funds"... cause no appropriation bill.

Government laboratories spent most of the money allotted on Oct 1st, 2024 over the past year. Typically there is a few months of money left depending on the funding profile and the project.

And it is ILLEGAL to transfer R&D funds to pay for O&M. That requires Congress to pass a bill authorizing it.

Nope.

"Research and Development" funds are "two year funds", which means once they are issued on October 1st, you have two fiscal years to use them before they expire.

As of October 1st, 2025, only R&D money issued since Oct 1st 2024 is available to spend.

Nope. Mostly a fighter base. Strategic Air Command left there in 1953.

B-2 fly out of Whiteman AFB in Missouri, and B-52 out of Minot AFB in ND and Barksdale in LA.

Name another country where we have built a stateside dedicated “training base” so they can learn to use the military hardware we sell them.

This is not “business as usual”.

In the past, we have simply included foreign military in our existing classes that train our military. We sit side by side.

Sounds like Chicago PD should be filing assault charges against ICE.

And the Illinois AG should file an emergency motion for the judge to update the “don’t assault journalists TRO”. Since ICE is ignoring the existing one… and the Constitution.

Wrong court. Illinois is in the 7th circuit, not the 9th circuit. Decisions by a circuit court are only binding to Federal Courts supervised by that circuit.

Additionally, the 9th circuit just decided a motion, they didn't issue a ruling that establishes case law.

You have to be a member if the House of Representatives to do that, not just a citizen.
