I am an immigration lawyer in San Diego who, on occasion, blogs about immigration law.
Imagine this was a basis for a revolution once:
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither.

I hope people realize that the Houthis won. The U.S. armada re-positioned out of Houthi range in the Red Sea. nypost.com/2025/12/03/u...

How is it that the Supreme Court’s attitude of "I don't care, but it's not good behavior" about partisan gerrymandering is now, "Go ahead and gerrymander all you want."

It’s fascinating that everyone is now all up in arms about U.S. war crimes in the Caribbean, when we (the U.S.) are supporting an actual genocide in Gaza (killing two people a day in Gaza is called a cease fire) and it was hardly discussed.

I feel that the last few people who don’t hate Hillary Clinton now do. She joins James Comey in the Now Everybody Hates You Club.

I'm thinking of flying this week in a tuxedo to mock Secretary Duffy, though I am still looking for JD's cool shirt.

It seems to me the Olivia Nuzzi article in the NYT was like an AI prompt, "Write me an article about Olivia Nuzzi in the style of Olivia Nuzzi." If it comes off shallow and quirky, well, Mission Accomplished.

The Epstein scandal is reminiscent of Sartre's, "The Wall." Q Anon and MAGA make up a world of widespread (Democrat) sexual perversion and make up a place where it is clearly manifest, Epstein World. When people actually go to Epstein World (paper trail), they find out their savior is the King Perv.

So the officer, unbelievable guy, gives me this physical fitness test, you could call it that. He asks me to touch my finger to my nose. In like only three tries, I nail it. The cop, OK, he says he's never seen anyone do it so well. Like Bruce Jenner before you know what.
