C'est assez fou de se rendre compte à quel point des syndicats forts apaisent le climat social 😌
(Même si, on ne va pas se mentir, ici aussi on commence à glisser sur la pente des inégalités et de la tension sociale 😢)

J'avoue que je sais même pas s'il y en a un... Je serais tenté de dire que oui (ne serait-ce que pour les nego tripartites), mais il n'a ni plus ni moins de pouvoir (ou l'oreille complaisante des politiques) que les syndicats de travailleurs.

Je soupçonne qu'ici il n'y a pas de salaire minimum parce qu'il n'y a jamais eu besoin d'imposer par la loi un minimum pour pouvoir vivre... Ça en dit par ailleurs très long sur les patrons...

Il y a deux ans, à Noël, j'expliquais à la belle soeur norvégienne le concept de syndicat en France et pourquoi c'était super important politiquement.

Cette année, je sais qu'elle va me poser des questions sur le gouvernement français depuis 18 mois... Bah ça va pas être simple à vulgariser !
