Sourdough Day 140. I tried something new. Cinnamon and brown sugar inclusion, using all white bread flour. (I usually use half WW). I didn't think it was going to turn out, but OMG it's incredible.

Sourdough Day 116. Almost 4 months, and I have consistently lovely and delicious loaves. I've started adding Everything Bagel Seasoning to every loaf because it's so good. I even shared a batch of my starter, so I guess I'm a #Sourdough pro now.
