Soon to be ex-Tory voter unsure who to vote for on 1st of May?

Here's why I harp on about education.

Civic studies should join critical thinking our kids now start at 8.

Reform tax cuts = no public services

@libdems.org.uk For a Fair Deal and efficient working public services.
Writing up notes from a public engagement event I worked on, and it is *interesting* how few people were confident about:
(a) what a public service is
(b) who it is for
(c) how it is paid for
Some thought a supermarket or an airline might be a public service because they are publicly available

We need an emergency flu vaccine drive to protect the vulnerable and prevent a disaster in the NHS.

That means jabs offered in pubs, churches and community spaces, and taking on the anti-vax lies promoted by Reform and other conspiracy theorists head on.

Today I see Trump stray into an alliance with Putin, instead of honour the 1994 agreement that saw one of the largest global nuclear arsenals end.

Putin cannot be trusted. Now the UK must face that there are too many Americans left who's vote for Trump or Trump like for us to trust them either.
I only see Seven Plagues on the US in its sellout of Ukraine to Putin

Here's the UK's edge in one chart. We have the NHS and a progressive government.

This data is Trump's America. That's why @eddavey.libdems.org.uk means it when he says @libdems.org.uk won't let Farage bring Trump's America to the UK.

Show a former Reform voter, they won't again when they see this.
Heads up Red State Republicans. So you killed ACA Subsidies. Let them “EXPIRE”. Well, guess who you HURT the most…

Nice try but even super secure environments can be breached and that's anyway not the point here. The point is "over dependence on an increasing unreliable source" Not just in special cases but generally. Every essential sevice relies on IT. The worry about #China equally applies to #Trumpist #USA

You can easily see how US based IT can and will use #AI to build ever more dominance. Its not necessarily dangerous but it is with an #America focused on transactional political bullying as its geopolitical strategy. Donald Trump expects Ukrainians to be ‘grateful’ as he prepares a carve-up of the country with Putin.

We can’t let that happen - Starmer must work with our European allies to stop this stitch-up in its tracks.

Can we expect to hear Donald Trump cancel the 27th deadline and push back this Russian attempt to slow down the Ukrainian increase in firepower.

It's clear that this ruse was because Russians refuse to be sent to the meat grinder.

Meanwhile Opposition Leader Kira Rudik has offered a coalition.
Republican Senator Mike Rounds:

"Rubio did make a phone call to us this afternoon and he made it very clear to us that we are the recipients of a proposal that was delivered to one of our representatives. It is not our recommendation, it is not our peace plan.”

ECHR is a lot of rights.

Just keep looking at the women in your life. Their American counterparts are finding their reproductive rights ended. Equality is protected.

Rights that have taken centuries to win would be lost.
"Leaving the ECHR would do nothing to halt small boat crossings, but it would deny British people hard-won rights."
