Been laying way low and grinding. Big knee surgery, big job stuff, always reasons to not show up for yourself.
New knee is 32 days old, been back in the gym for 20 of those. Will never allow myself to go backwards.

I took my 1st actual shower since December 16th today (the after effects of surgery)
