Interesting that Sony is doing a Hyperpop collection of controllers and console shells. Maybe next they can do Signalwave or PluggnB or just put out a PS5 shell with Ecco the Dolphin on it or something.

While I’m generally all for people getting a chance to play games for themselves, the whole “make up your own mind” thing that Call of Duty and now Splitgate have done in an attempt to counter the (earned) negative sentiment around their games just stinks of desperation.

I ended up solving this by assigning the Rokus to a parental controls profile on the router and blocking access to all the ad and tracking servers that Roku wants. Not ideal, but it was the easiest way I found to do it with this TP-Link router of mine.
At some point my Rokus stopped using the DNS servers set on my router, preventing me from fully blocking access to their streaming channels and some other stuff that I don’t want to kids to use. Sucks!

Kinda neat that I can go to last.fm and have it generate a list of the 100 albums I've listened to the most over the last 20 years. The stuff I wrote is mostly in there because I listened to it over and over again while we were mixing it.
