I said back in August when it was apparent that we were losing Ospreay and Swerve for some time, that if the men's division couldn't fill the void, let the women fill up the card on a regular basis.

There's shortage of talent there, yet they're lucky to get two matches a night.

The men’s division is missing a lot of big names (MJF, Ospreay, Swerve, Kenny, Cope, Christian, Jay White) so it feels like the company has decided to coast a bit to get to the end of the year. Maybe they’re waiting until the C2 to really turn things on again.

I’m pretty adamant that Mox/Darby’s blowoff should have been at All Out. We only needed one of the coffin match or the I Quit, not both.

Unless a stipulation gets added that makes it more than a straight match, the Joe/Hangman rematch feels unnecessary. Not sure I dig Fletcher/Briscoe 45 either.

I’m very curious now if the Okami sequel announced last year will follow up at all on its story, or just ignore it altogether. Obviously Okamiden is nowhere near as well known, but there are some pretty significant story and lore implications in it for the Nippon setting.

It’s hardly perfect; the cutscenes often overstay their welcome, and the story doesn’t quite add up at the end, but there’s actually parts of it that I prefer to the original Okami. If nothing else, it is a much leaner experience than its padded predecessor. Okamiden has far better pacing

My playthrough got interrupted by Pokemon Legends Z-A, but I finally finished Okamiden last night.

I had to keep reminding myself that it was an original DS game and not from the 3DS. Even as a compressed take on Okami, it’s amazing how they got a 3D adventure game to exist on the DS.

It is more than fair to dislike the Dynasty Warriors formula, but this is some of the most unprofessional writing I've ever seen in a video game review.

This is the kind of thing that should disqualify your credential with Metacritic, Opencritic, etc.

The game nearly made me throw my controller at the wall a few times with its controls and camera, but in spite of that, I still have a soft spot for it. Legacy of Darkness at least played a little smoother. Really, really good atmosphere and sound design.
