I believe and hope at some point in our future reforms would employ new rules that no matter who the Pres is, there shall always be 4 liberal & 4 cons, nominations made by the 2 parties, and the Chief Justice is nominated by the SC Justices themselves with senate confirmation.
Another great episode from the @davidfrum.bsky.social show. Especially important to me in the first 7 minutes where he talks about what we will need to do after this Administration ends. If there are no consequences this will continue to happen.
