Having some real "which is worse, the treatment or the disease" thoughts this weekend. It's rough looking at bleak scans when you're suffering through a variety of side effects from chemo. It's trite, but I'm just so sick and tired of being sick and tired. Fuck #Cancer.

I take it back, instead of being silently escorted off, people who take their shoes off should be forced to wear one size too small clown shoes for the rest of the trip.

Assuming it's the same enemy (the three gun shield guy before you get to the village of Fragglerock) then yeah. Use whatever skill you have to Break him, then shoot his shoulder a few times and he drops the shield entirely. The fight becomes WAY easier that way.

Died to an early boss in Expedition 33 like 10+ times, making tweaks to my build along the way, but I'm still early so it's not like I have a lot of variety. Then had a (literal) breakthrough moment discovering how to break the guy and get rid of his dumb gun shield.

Game is fun!

EXCEPT! Today I found out it's not a kid. It's not a dirt bike. It's a 50 yr old man on a four wheeler and what looks suspiciously like a bottle of brown liquid in his hand. I can only assume he's going through the worst break up imaginable and I'm just thankful I can't hear the Creed from my couch

There's been a kid riding his dirt bike up and down the street and it's loud and annoying but he's a kid and it's Saturday and sunny and I get it so no big deal. Kids should be allowed to have fun! If I was a kid with a dirt bike you wouldn't be able to pry me away from it.

I was pretty blown away by Sinners this week. That's a movie that sticks in your mind and deserves multiple watches. The music scene in the first third was fucking WILD.

I don't know what to do with this information except give it to you people: I have 7 hard drives in my server. 6 of them have around 30 THOUSAND hours of usage. The most recent one I installed "only" has 3800.

Will mentioned that Lorelei and the Laser Eye scratched a similar itch for him, and it's been on wishlist since it hit console, so I'm gonna check that out soon.

I was in a waiting room this morning and Gordon Ramsey was being interviewed on a morning show. They asked him about his worst meal, and apparently his answer was so bad they had to bleep it out on national tv. When the audio came back the audience and hosts were LOSING it. What could it have been?!

I've hit the hump in Blue Prince where I've solved stuff but haven't done the first major thing yet and don't think I'm learning much new from new runs, so it's become kind of a grind.

I've seen folks say there's a ton do after that thing, though, so maybe it's worth the grind.
