My wife uses Clio for her solo practice and has been very pleased. It's a different scale than what you're doing, but she has found Clio's own references and help desk to be very supportive and useful.

FWIW, Levy clarified that he does think it is a crime. The quoted post was from a thread analyzing the potential fallout - e.g., people will react more to the failure than the crime. That is probably true, and it is an indictment of our political culture (speaking broadly).
