Oh I can see this! I can actually link him in with my Saki anime headcanon! He started watching anime to have more to talk to with Saki whenever he would visit because she would watch it a lot while she was sick 🥲

I think Kanade canonically has an interest in anime because of the music. I'm hoping there's more canon examples that maybe slipped through the cracks as offhanded mentions in a mixed event! 🫠

Saki I have a headcanon where she got into anime to pass time while in the hospital 🥲

I can see Nene watching a few here and there but not as a primary interest, like if there's a hype anime this season, she'll tune in!
