Reblogging this here too but Scarlet Hollow seriously has some of my favorite dialogue in any visual novel. I can't think of many games that I've played multiple times and don't blast through anything in order to get to the 'meat' of the game, because all of it is the meat!

Some more Silksong sketches, this time for Act 2. I still have not been able to beat Trobbio but I'm CLOSE. His battle is like the final boss of visual overstimulation making it hard for me to lock in. 😂

I beat act 1 of Silksong last night. Here are some misc sketches of my adventures thus far. Art has been hard this year but simple shapes doing stuff is nice, and I do like to draw folds on fabric.

I really want to start drawing The Knight from Hollow Knight with the same energy as all of the caked up Hornet art I'm seeing. (no shade to the Hornet art, I just really am amused by the idea of caked up Knight now)

I can't believe Mario Paint is what is moving the needle towards 'I need a Switch 2 now'. It was the OG creative outlet for me as a little kid, I had the SNES hooked up to the VCR and would use it to record like 10 seconds of animation at a time. 😂
