The transactions they insist were 2FA'd came to about $90 - so it could definitely be worse but it's not nothing! I'll DM you - will give them a chance to respond to my complaint before I public name & shame

Update: CC company Fraud team says those transactions were successfully 2FA'd and I am on the WAR PATH

Because they are either LYING or they have somehow managed to set up such a flimsy security system that someone was able to add additional 2FA to the card without me verifying it

And that is BAD

Breaks are hard to come by, but when you have 'em, go outside! The noise inside is overwhelming and outside time helps a lot. Also recommend earplugs/Loops/similar if you're sound sensitive! :)

FEELS SO BAD. I'm far enough along in recovery that in daily life I have it pretty well managed. But that just means that I go to events and think I'll be safe to make choices like "spend 7 hours at a conference" and "go out to dinner" 💀
