Much respect to you as a musician, but this makes about as much sense as reclaiming the swastika or the confederate flag. By virtue of English history, the English flag is one of supremacy and trying to water that down only sews confusion over what is otherwise a clear sign of present danger

In 2022, the Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club thwarted a planned sweep of a homeless encampment under an overpass in Dallas by showing up armed with rifles. I wrote a song about it that same week. I think we need that energy again.
