The holidays can be joyful, but they can also feel overwhelming or lonely.
As we head into Thanksgiving week, here are a few reminders: honor your feelings, set boundaries, seek support, and choose what feels right for you. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to move through this season alone.

There will come a day that this will be over. He will die and his puppet masters will stab each other in the back. On that day if Democrats grow spines, I hope thousands of these people from the White House to ICE are arrested and tried for crimes against humanity, treason, kidnapping, and assault.

This was one of the most special retreats that we have ever hosted and that I have ever facilitated. 13 survivors and murder victim family members came together for 4 days and three nights of exploring our griefs, our wounds, and also our wisdom and growth. #healingjusticeproject
Healing. Connection. Community. ✨ From August 14–17, we came together in Virginia with crime survivors and families of murder victims for a weekend that reminded us of the power of sharing and support. Here's a look back at the memories we made.
