This exam was a genuine challenge, it didn’t just test my knowledge of #Heroku, but also core architectural and developer best practices. A great way to validate my experience building scalable, secure, and performant apps.

Heroku is such a powerful tool for any developer!

All those super easy Trailhead modules which say Agentforce is easy to implement and those success stories that show it being rolled out in a matter of a couple of weeks - yep. Salesforce themselves have easily implemented it… poorly.

Even clippy knows better!

And this folks, is why #Salesforce #Agentforce is not up to scratch.

I'm on the help article which clearly states MIAW (Messaging for In-App and Web) IS supported in LWR - however Agentforce says not.

Is Agentforce just bad? Or has Salesforce poorly implemented it?
