A few months ago, I thought about all the photos I see of Yodobashi Camera on Shinjuku's west side. I've seen some delightful images from there! But I want things from a different angle. I want to see something I have NEVER seen. Well, these photos are it.

Film is therapy. I think more about my shots, how to compose, the subject matter, etc. and there's nothing "snappy" about them. I know exactly what I'm shooting. There are "chances" and things that happen, like this scene, but I'm very deliberate. XP2 Super

That Eastman Color Negative 100T 5254 really is a nice. Think sandy Raiders of the Lost Ark style. The Kodak Ektachrome 64 is punchy and has a lot of tweaks to the color grading and such. All kind of interesting! And honestly, the "Vintage Warm" is my fave. GRAIN and groovy vibe

Went to dinner w an acquaintance last week. Dude didn't show me the bill. I paid what I thought was ok and now he says I owe him ¥1500 (YEN). 🫡 This is after his stories of buying drugs off of randos in LA. I'm going to give him extra, cuz my weapon is guilt.

Tonight, I set out with a huge challenge; shooting JPG, square, B&W is a big deal. I like being able to edit my photos and make them look a very particular way. This evening, I let the camera do all that for me. Panasonic's monochrome presets = gnar. #monochrome #lumix #panasonic #tokyo #bw #bnw
