Earlier in the year, I was all for a new F1 champion this season. But because of McLaren doing McLaren things, I so want Verstappen to win again. And it'll be one of the funniest things that's ever happened in F1, on par with 2007.
More high-quality journalism from the Daily Mail. Reading this headline made my brain hurt. #wtfisproofreading
Once again, well done to everyone who blindly voted for this shambles of a government at the last election solely on the basis that 'they're not the Tories'.

It's going so well, isn't it?
The government are wrong to think places and nature don’t matter to the public. ❌

All evidence shows the opposite.

Weakening protections for our National Parks would be a devastating step backwards for nature, and for the landscapes millions love.
NEW

The government is considering plans to weaken a law protecting England’s national parks, in a move criticised as “outrageous” and “devastating”.

I feel like I've aged about 25 years watching this qualifying session... #F1
Comparing a guy who voiced political opinions you disagreed with to someone responsible for the deaths of six milllion Jews is nowhere close to the same thing. This kind of discourse is the problem.
Genuinely, this is part of the reason I rarely ever discuss politics publicly anymore. Because the rhetoric has been so vile and divisive on both sides of the political spectrum for so long.
Had never heard of Charlie Kirk to a couple of days ago. Still don't know much about him now. Maybe he *was* a bad person with bad views. But celebrating his death doesn't make you a good person either. It just makes you a bit of a cunt.
It is genuinely wild to me to see people on social media celebrating the death of somebody, just because they disagreed with his politics.
Sunburnt and slightly deaf, but had a great day at Silverstone yesterday for the Festival. A few highlights:
Also, what a depressing season 2025 is turning into:
F1 - dominated by McLaren
MotoGP - dominated by Marc Marquez
IndyCar - dominated by Alex Palo
WEC - dominated by Ferrari
IMSA - dominated by IMSA

There's always next year, I suppose? 😐
Such a shame that with this many manufacturers, one is still dominating even in an era of BoP. Ferrari may be knee-capped for the rest of the season to keep other manufacturers happy, but it's kinda academic at this point. #LM24Hour
A Ferrari 1-2-3 would be the worst possibly outcome for this race. sadly. I dare say after how the season has gone so far, the ACO might be facing some uncomfortable questions as to how Ferrari still had such an advantage here. BoP = not working? #LM24Hour
IndyCar: the series where a whole lot of stuff happens, and in the end Alex Palou wins.

Every. Time.
Update: they finished dead last.

It's not me that has bad taste, I swear - it's everyone else! #esc #esc2025
Isn't there's pretty much always graphics or a timing tower on the screen telling you who they are?
Normally not a fan of knee-jerk safety changes, but can't help but feel this will probably result in some changes to that part of track. Been a lot of close calls over the years, and now this...
