It was a great class and taught by a professor with a great deal of enthusiasm for the subject. He not only taught, he inspired. After he retired, we remained friends.

Indeed, it would. We have a Constitution that spells out those checks and balances, but it's seems to have been conveniently set aside for the Orange Pustule excuse for a leader.
