No. Many folk are not in work, cannot get seen, have to put applications through the internet to businesses that don't hire locally as such. They lack immediate engagement. It's not what you say experientially

What part of: he didn't want to go to uni??? He had done college. And while there were work placements: there were no apprenticeships on offer or available. When he moved out of the home 200 miles away: no availability on apprenticeships. So no. How he got work was by signing up to agencies.

I would say no we are not: said by witnessing how awkward it was for a 20 year old who didn't want to go to uni to get a job. So no. Absolutely not enough effort from employers, not enough effort to reach out to young people & far too much focus on perfect applications rather than can do attitude

Tbh. I have no issue having been a migrant. But Britain should be training it's domestic population. And it's used migrants as a reason not to.
