Palate: Really deep caramelization, buttered rye toast, espresso, rye spice, black cherry. Pepper and tobacco, with cigar wrapper. Not particularly sweet , modest tannin leading gently toward dry finish, lingering char. Like the original Grain to Glass, this is my favorite entry.
Heaven Hill Grain to Glass LE Chinquapin Oak rye review:

Nose: Deeply toasted rye bread, honey, caramel. Sweet roast, caraway and faint pepper. Big cigar wrapper and more savory notes, with hints of black cherry. This nose is really inviting. Reminds me of very mature MGP rye.
Palate: Nice caramelized sugars, a combination of toffee and slightly bitter molasses, with a slick mouthfeel. Distinct licorice/anise note, with florals and lingering barrel char. Less drying tannin, makes this feel more decadent than the rye bourbon recipe, and I prefer it.
Heaven Hill Grain to Glass LE Chinquapin Oak wheated bourbon:

Nose: Brown sugar cinnamon, toasted wheat strands, more delicate floral tones, nougat, vanilla pudding, a little cocoa. Similar toasted oakiness hinting at the secondary barrel finish.
Palate: Syrupy cooked dark fruit, currant, bramble and brighter raspberry fruit, into considerable oak and spice. Clove and anise, root beer, and then it turns distinctly woody, with a little oak tartness and stiff tannins. Each sip dries out somewhat. #whiskey #bourbon
Heaven Hill Grain to Glass LE Chinquapin Oak bourbon review

Nose: Sweet, toasty and lots of baking spice. Molasses cookie and toasted sugar, with sweet cinnamon, licorice candy, faint rye and toasted oak. Definitely does feel like another level of oak.
Palate: Well, here comes the heat. Caramel and honey roasted nuts, chased by herbal rye and tingling pepper. Candy apple, moderate sweetness, with toasted cocoa nib, modest oak and solid heat in the chest. Still decently approachable for its 124 proof, less explosive than some Booker's.
Jim Beam Booker’s Bourbon Jerry’s Batch review:

Nose: Dark caramel, clove, rickhouse funk, vanilla bean, maybe a hint of banana. Candy apple and delicate florals. Not the most assertive nose, but also quite light on ethanol for the proof. Easygoing, honestly. #whiskey
One of the neighbors makes that exact point in one shot to the chief of police, and it's hard to disagree with them. Karen of course eventually gets sentenced, but would a black resident have gotten the 10 friendly courtesy visits she did before the shooting?
Palate: Butterscotch and caramel, with heat that is at first hidden and then slowly blooms. Baked apple, toasted oats, vanilla cream. Silky texture, with trailing sweet roast and hints of darker fruit. Really lovely sweetness to this dram. Lovely. #whiskey
Jack Daniel’s Distillery Series Sweet Mash review:

Nose: Really rich, sweet nose. Brown sugar, caramelized bananas, butterscotch and something a little bit more earthy, almost peat-like without the smoke element. The fruity-grainy-sweet combination of apple crisp. Interesting.
