During the fall of Vale, Weiss left forearm cut off by Ruby, and her right upper abdomen was impaled by Cinder’s arrow, causing damage to a small part of her liver as well as her right kidney. She was taken back to Atlas by Jacques and fell into a coma.

Second time was she captured by a bandit group when she went to Mistral.

They gash her left eye again to make her submission. They want to sell her at Mistral black market
It makes scar be bigger and longer, become the size of now.

First time was she fighting with Arma Gigas, she won but Jacques go back on his promise. He put Weiss under house arrest. It causes Weiss run out from home.
The scar at this time was small and only on upper part of her left eye (not over her eyebrow)
