Lawrence Reed was arrested about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday near Daley Plaza. While being taken back to the Area 4 headquarters he was yelling "Burn bitch" and "burn alive bitch," according to the complaint.
He has an initial appearance at 2:30 p.m. at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse
