Proof that he was unarmed at the time of his murder. The officer in the gray jacked recovers a weapon and retreats just before shots are fired. You can clearly see even in the blurry still shot that it is not the service weapon of any law enforcement agency.

Here is another angle of the shooting. I can’t tell which officer fired first or how many discharged their weapons. It’s being reported that federal agents are deploying gas to disperse crowds. One agent reportedly responded with “boo hoo” when he was called a coward.
