France and the UK just interdicted a Russian shadow fleet ship, the Grinch (IMO 9288851) in the Alboran Sea for flying a false flag. Open-source data shows the ship has made multiple trips between Murmansk and the Black Sea since last year. This might be the first interception of its kind by Europe.

There’s nothing public yet from Mazloum Abdi, but the RIC, which is close to the SDF, say the statement is ‘official’ and there’s another meeting reported to happen tomorrow. This could be the end of Rojava.
